The bed was exceptionally comfortable. the room was bright and excellent, with a work desk, multi-channel television, and a dining area. the staff were amicable and really kind. the breakfast was satisfactory with a good choice of food.

The stuff was very amiable, helped with every request. There where exceptionally comfortable beds and a safe box, a mini-bar, and central heating inside the room.

Having coffee and tea making facilities, a refrigerator, and a washing machine in the room was a nice touch, and all the staff were friendly and helpful in resolving any concerns.

The rooms were bright and airy, and the bathrooms were of a high standard. The breakfast had a good variety, including delicious handmade pastries, and the coffee was complimentary. The location was convenient, within walking distance to the center. There was also a pool and a hot tub available for guests to enjoy.

The air conditioning facilities were a major issue. Despite setting the room temperature to 18C, it was still uncomfortably hot in the room.

The location was perfect for all the exciting activities in the Garda area. We went to many lakeside towns with amazing music and dance performances, games, and delicious local food and wine tastings. The room service and tour desk were super helpful, and the free WiFi kept us connected throughout our stay. We had a great time with lake walks, breathtaking excursions, mouthwatering food and wine experiences, and relaxing moments. We even went hiking along the scenic trails and tried out the Montecroce Farm and Oil-Mill and Port of Maratona activities.

The only thing we would have asked for is more wild parties and nightlife options for young party-goers. We had so much fun during the day, but it would have been awesome to have more late-night excitement for teenagers like us.
